It is a novelty in the HVAC industry, an absolutely pioneering solution developed and created by Free Polska - the exclusive representative of the Gree brand in Poland.

The Gree app will remember all your installations: you can save customer data, types of installed devices, installation dates here. You will be able to choose devices from a ready list or scan their barcode. The app will also help you fulfill the GDPR information obligation towards your customer.

The Gree app will display a list of scheduled warranty inspections for installed devices: you will gain a convenient planner, easily schedule each inspection, and add its date to the calendar. You will be able to view the list of inspections, filtering them by customer name or place of implementation.

The app contains full Gree technical documentation: all important information will always be at your fingertips, and if you are an Authorized Gree Installer, you will have access to equipment, controllers, and accessories DTR.

The app allows you to extend the validity of the Gree Authorization Certificate by 12 months with just one click, conveniently and quickly!

The app allows you to submit applications to participate in Gree technical training conducted in two areas: RAC and GMV.

The Gree app allows for submitting complaints in an easy and lightning-fast way. This functionality is only available to Authorized Gree Installers who, from within the application, fill out a complaint form, request new service parts by selecting them from the list of parts assigned to a specific Gree model, monitor the progress of information, and receive notifications about progress and shipping of new parts. The complaint process in the Gree app is short, intuitive, and effective.

The app will display the most important news from Gree aimed at installers: the latest promotions, price lists, technical innovations, etc.
